PSYCHEDELIC PREPARATION & INTEGRATION | HABIT FORMATION | AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP

COACHING APPROACH

Coaching creates a space to step outside of the day-to-day flow of your life so that you can step back in with more intention. This work enlivens a clearer sense of who you are, what you authentically want, and how to create it. Rather than being quick to offer advice, I use facilitation techniques and thoughtful questions that activate your ability to navigate your own terrain. The path is non-linear, to be sure, but working with me will introduce a system of accountability that translates insight into specific actions and continuous learning.

AN EMBODIED APPROACH

Our physical bodies play a key role in being conscious and inspired humans, yet we often neglect this and try to think our way out of things. Depending on your interests, we'll explore ways to include this dimension within coaching sessions. Examples include walking, running, high-intensity exercise, sauna/cold-plunge routines, or experiences in nature. Whether we work together in-person or virtually, these activities catalyze the benefits of coaching by enabling deeper levels of clarity and motivation.

COACHING APPROACH

FOCUS AREAS

PSYCHEDELIC EXPERIENCES can be the most profound events in a person's life, yet integrating the insights into the realities of the day-to-day isn't easy. Preparation plays a critical role in shaping the experience, and thoughtful reflection afterwards can create lasting shifts in how you move through life. As a coach I bring time-honored tools and practices that will help you make the most of your psychedelic experiences - whether they have been challenging or uplifting.

HABITS are a fundamental yet often overlooked driver of outcomes in our lives. As a complement to goal-setting, a habit-based approach grows your life-energy and enables more emergent possibilities. Based on the work of James Clear and systems theory, I've developed a unique program that helps you drop unhealthy habits and design new ones that better serve you.

LEADERSHIP development can sometimes be commodified and overemphasized. As a coach I facilitate a process that helps you see blind spots, play to your strengths, and step into more authentic ways of being within your career and personal life. Out of this work emerges a more grounded confidence and natural ability to lead others.

ABOUT

I do this work not from a sense that I 'have arrived', but that I know what it's like to navigate difficult terrain – to feel stuck or not fully activated, to be in transition, to sense a pull toward something new. And I know how inviting a coach into your process can be a powerful catalyst for change.

From a young age I had dreamed of flying in the Air Force and was fortunate to have had the opportunity to do that, but an emerging sense of what I wanted to do with my life led me to chart a new path outside of the military. In that process I’ve learned a lot about the impact of mindset, the importance of unlearning aspects of conditioning, and taking thoughtful risks that are rooted in authenticity. My own work with psychedelics over the years has been an invaluable part of my journey, and I feel called to help others make the most of their experiences. You can read more about my story here.

I've had impactful psychedelic experiences in the past but nothing compared to the integration I was able to do with Aaron. It felt like the first time that all the components were perfectly in place to really get the most benefit from the experience. He helped enable real insights from the trip and I was use those to make meaningful changes in my life. Going deep into the mind is always hard work but without setting intentions and processing the experience afterwards, it's too easy for it to fade from memory and to return to old patterns of thought and behavior. I'm extremely grateful for Aaron the work he is doing.
